RBVRR Women's College
Our comprehensive programs focus on bridging the gap between academia and industry requirements.
The Department has entered into a MoU with Industry Experts to impart the "Employability Skills Training Programme" for MBA & BBA Students.
Today’s graduates often require specialized training to fit into the corporate workplace. This program aims to bridge that gap by implementing skill-building while the student is pursuing their graduation, making them completely employable by the time they finish college.
Curriculum Includes: Written & spoken English, business communication, resume writing, interview skills, etiquette, and leadership development.
We associate with industry experts to impart beginner-level soft skills to help students overcome barriers in communication and language.
The training is delivered from two aspects: Theoretical (covered in coursework) and Practical (using dedicated laboratory resources). The Department has procured advanced learning materials for effective speaking, pronunciation, and error-free English to benefit self-paced learning.
In today's complex society, we believe in producing not just educated but responsible citizens. Value education is a core part of our curriculum, helping students distinguish essence from form and developing the courage to act on their beliefs in real-life situations.
A basic requirement for normal development, gender sensitization is included in the curriculum to help students eliminate prejudices at the workplace and in society. It fosters an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
