The RBVRR MBA Department has instituted several specialized cells to ensure a safe, inclusive, and progressive learning environment. These cells address student welfare, uphold ethical standards, and promote innovation and creativity.
The Equal Opportunity Cell is committed to fostering an inclusive academic atmosphere where all students, irrespective of gender, caste, religion, or socio-economic background, have access to equal opportunities. It works to eliminate discrimination and supports students from diverse backgrounds through awareness programs, guidance, and academic support initiatives. The cell ensures that every student can participate fully in academic and co-curricular activities without bias.
The Anti-Ragging Cell plays a crucial role in maintaining discipline and ensuring a harassment-free campus. It strictly enforces anti-ragging regulations as per guidelines of bodies like the University Grants Commission. The cell conducts awareness campaigns, orientations, and monitoring activities to prevent any form of ragging. It provides a secure platform for students to report incidents confidentially and ensures prompt action against offenders, thereby promoting a culture of respect and safety.
Grievance Redressal CellThe Grievance Redressal Cell is established to address the concerns and complaints of students in a fair and transparent manner. It deals with issues related to academics, administration, facilities, and interpersonal matters. The cell ensures that grievances are resolved promptly through a systematic process, thereby building trust and maintaining a positive institutional climate.
Internal Committee (IC)The Internal Committee is responsible for addressing issues related to sexual harassment and ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all members of the institution. It functions in accordance with legal provisions such as the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act. The committee conducts awareness programs on gender sensitization, handles complaints with confidentiality, and ensures justice through proper inquiry procedures.
Innovation CellThe Innovation Cell encourages students to think creatively and develop entrepreneurial skills. It organizes activities such as idea generation sessions, workshops, startup competitions, and industry interactions. The cell provides a platform for students to explore new business ideas, collaborate with peers, and gain exposure to the startup ecosystem. It plays a key role in nurturing innovation and preparing students for dynamic business environments.
